Rates are based for up to 3 guests

maximum Occupancy: 6

each additional guest $50/week

$150 cleaning fee

electric fees $0.12/kwh - average usage $10/day

11% taxes

$500 Security deposit

30% down payment and $500 Security are due upon Reservation

Balance due upon Arrival

The Security deposit will be refunded in full within 4 weeks after your departure, provided

that you did not leave any damages to the property or long distance charges unpaid
